Ms. Cudeidre Richardson
Founder/Executive Director
Ms. Richardson launched Honeycomb Village as a response to the growing need for safe & affordable housing options. She works closely with community social workers and agencies with housing needs. She also oversees all operations, ensuring our mission is carried out with integrity and impact.

Caleb Williams
Assistant Director
Mr. Williams coordinates staffing needs, managing scheduling, addressing resident needs, manages marketing and assists with community programs. He also helps uphold safety standards, support administrative tasks, and step for the Director when needed.

Jordan Jackson
Co-Founder/Resident Manager
Mr. Jackson plays a key role in keeping the community safe, stable, and supportive. Managing day-to-day operations, he works closely with residents to encourage integrity, personal growth, and a strong sense of community.

Jayla Jackson
Security Monitor
Jayla Jackson plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents. Her responsibilities include monitoring surveillance cameras, reporting and documenting suspicious activity, detecting house violations, thefts, and any other concerning events.

Maria Lopez
Program Coordinator
With a background in social work and community outreach, Mrs. Lopez oversees resident activities and outings, resident support services, and program development.

Tyra Wells, RN
Health & Safety Coordinator
Miss Wells brings her professional nursing expertise to ensure the health and well-being of all residents. She oversees safety protocols and provides guidance on both physical and mental wellness within the facility.
